Pack Walks

Our Training With the Pack classes (pack walks) are a great way to help your dog learn to be calm in public settings around the distractions of other dogs and people they do not know. They also help you gain confidence in handling your dog in these settings. The pack walks are the group classes included with some of our private lesson training packages. However they are open to anyone even if they have not trained with us before. Pack walks are held outdoors in a park spring through fall and indoors during the winter. Foster dogs waiting for adoption through an established rescue may attend for free. Check out our Events page for current dates and locations as well as details and cost.

What we do:

  • On leash exercises and drills

  • Group walks (weather permitting during the winter)

  • Mental challenges for the dogs by providing different surfaces to walk over, climb up on, jump over or weave through

  • Trainers available to assist anyone that needs a little help or to offer suggestions/answer questions regarding your dog

  • Free coffee and human goodies at the end

  • Time to meet and socialize with other dog lovers
